Job description: 

Willowfield Parish Community Association and Willowfield Parish Church are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed, and experienced youth worker who will coordinate our extensive youth ministry.

The successful applicant would need to have at least two years previous experience of paid or voluntary youth work and show creative understanding of both community youth work and church based youth work. Willowfield Parish Church is a growing and dynamic community based church in inner east Belfast; we are very intentional with our outreach for all ages and we outwork our community initiatives through the Church and our Community Association.

The post-holder will be responsible for the vision, initiative, enhancement and growth of our already existing youth ministry. The successful candidate will be a vital member of the senior staff team and is responsible for the management of two assistant youth workers and a large group of volunteers. The successful applicant will have a passion for Jesus and a living relationship with Him that will be very evident in how they live and how they do youth work.
