Adult Programmes
We run a variety of programmes for adults - Women’s Drop In, Hobby Club, Men’s Youth Club and Peaced Together. We also run other one-off events such as Men’s Curry Nights, women’s events and Community events such as our Lip Sync Battle and our Christmas Tree Festival.
Women’s Drop In meets on a Monday evening in Willowfield Church Halls at 7pm. Women gather to enjoy each other’s company, take part in craft projects, participate in light exercise and take part in sessions to promote mental well-being. We’d love to see you there!
Hobby Club meets on a Thursday morning from 10.30am to 1pm in the Micah Centre beside Willowfield Parish Church. Everyone is welcome for tea/coffee and a cooked lunch. People often bring a hobby or can join in with activities such as gardening, puzzles or craft.
MEN’S YOUTH CLUB meets on a Thursday evenings in Willowfield Church Hall from 7.30pm to 9.30pm to hang out together, use the gym, play table tennis, football, pool and darts.
Peaced Together is an 8 week programme that brings together a small group of women to work on creating something beautiful from something broken. Through the use of craft projects, the women discuss issues they have faced in the past. This has been running for over five years and has had a remarkable impact on individual’s lives.
